The international resolution for the coming years,and the national revolution should shine the light on the ever increasing value of a changed direction involving what,and the way we eat. Scientific minds have come up with miraculous medical wonders that will put the brakes on numerous illnesses. But it is about time we took steps toward natural wonders as well.

Continuous crop rotation in the way we grow out foods,coupled with pesticides has brought about the need to seek better routes to good health. While I do not condemn legal medicines,it is time we placed emphasis on finding the underlying causes of a simple headache. We may realize sometimes a headache could be caused by lack of sleep or maybe you allowed yourself to become too hungry. Rather than hitting the medicine cabinet lets try examining the cause.

Could be your room has too much light and you should try cutting down on the light and relaxing a while. It is quite possible when you have tried this you will find your headache is gone. Making mountainous problems out of simple malfunctions are not cause for great concern.

Your body will react to what it is fed. Have you ever heard the saying...You are what you eat? Think back,remember what you ate before the headache. Look back and think of what you ate before the swollen ankles you may now be experiencing. Everybody knows too much sodium in the diet causes fluid build up. So what is the solution? Cut back on the salt. Read labels,know what you are putting in your body. It is the only one you will ever have,take care of it. We must become self conscious of food consumption.

Read labels on the foods,mainly on can goods that use sodium as a preservative in many instances. It involves one quick trip to the health food store,or one quick trip to your local grocer to start the ball rolling toward a new beginning. feeling run down? Take a b12. feeling depressed? Try B complex and ginko biloba. Ginko is also great if you are forgetful. It helps the flow of blood to the brain. The brain gets oxygen from the blood flow.

You know what...A brain is a terrible thing to waste. Do not drop the doctor completely but if you supplement your diet,you will make less trips to the doctor,and spend less money.
