During induction phase certain foods are required to be eaten.These foods should be eaten at the right time and their right proportion.What this simply means is that the right amount should be eaten at the right time.Below are some of the recommended foods. Fish:Fish is a good source of protein.During induction phase,fish food is a good choice.There are different kinds of fish products that are good during this induction phase.Tuna,salmon, sole,trout,herring, sardine etc. are some of the foods to be eaten during this induction phase. Fowls:Fowls is also a good food during the induction phase.Note that when i mention "fowl",that includes chicken,turkey,duck,goose etc.Fowl foods should also be eaten during induction phase. Meat:Meat is also a good choice during this induction stage of the Atkins diet plan.Beef,pork,lamb meat are some of them.Meat is required in this induction stage of the All new Atkins Advantage. Egg:During induction phase,egg forms a very good choice.Egg is one of the acceptable foods during induction phase.The egg could be fried egg,boiled egg,poached or as omelette's.Egg are virtually carbs free, so you can eat them without much restriction.What i am saying is:since they are virtually carbs free,you can eat them without much fear. Cheese:Cheese should be eaten during induction phase.I know you might want to ask why you should eat cheese during induction phase.The reason is that,cheese contains around one net carbs in every 10z or 28g of cheese.The answer is as simple as that.For this reason it should be included in your diet during induction phase.Goat cheese,sheep cheese,swiss cheese,cheddar etc are some cheese you should consider during induction phase.You should eat around 3 to 4oz or 85g to 115g a day during induction phase. Shellfish:Shellfish is also good during this phase.Shellfish such as,oyster,lobster,clams,mussel etc. are acceptable during induction phase. Salad Vegetables:Salad vegetable is acceptable during induction phase.Salad vegetables are very high in nutrient.For this reason it is an acceptable food during induction phase.Again,salad vegetables provides a very good source of fibre.When eating salad vegetables,you should consider eating 12 to 15 net carbs of vegetables. Other Vegetables:Other vegetables also good ,but they are a bit higher in carbs content.Other vegetables provides 6g of carbohydrate per cup. Fats and Oil:Fats and oil are very good source of food during induction phase.Any vegetable oil would be acceptable during induction phase.Olive oil,walnut,sesame, sunflower are some of the acceptable foods during this phase.You can still include "Butter".You can also get oil from meat or poultry.There are parts in the animal that has fat and oil.Oily fish can be eaten to get oil. Spices: Spices should be added to your daily meal to add flavor and taste to the food.You can add spices as long as there are no added sugar in it.Below are some of the spices you can add to your food. 1.Garlic 2.ginger 3.pepper etc.Till i come your way again with the concluding part of this topic Keep fit! weightloss in a new dimension
