Health is the physical well being of a person. One is responsible for around 80% of his health condition. The small decision we make daily determines the direction of what one should observe to make his life more fulfilling. This is in relation to what you eat, how you take life to be, how you exercise or even relax. However there are dos and don’ts that you should keep in your time table. First rule, never miss your breakfast. Reason behind this is because it jumpstarts your metabolism as you prepare to kick start the day. Health living means that you are eating right. Go green and eat vegetables which are rich in micronutrients. Include flesh juices and a plate of vegetable salad and fruits every day. Eat whole grain foods since they are rich in fibre and provide a lot of energy. Regulate your eating habits and partake smaller but several meals during the day. This stabilizes blood sugar levels, but let the meals contain a balanced diet. Don’t over do animal protein. Eat smaller chunks of them because they are very high in proteins and remember you need to balance. Healthy life requires that one avoids fat so eat nuts, fish, avocados and virgin oils to maintain good cholesterol levels. Health can be maintained by exercising. Set up a daily programme that runs for around 30 minutes. This will ensure you don’t burn out your body and there good exercises that you can do like taking a walk, swimming, jogging, aerobics, lifting weights or a combination of the above. Remember to get enough rest and avoid stressing you life. You can’t afford daily stress and live happily ever after. Stress can be avoided by going for a dance, massage, or a nice bath. Remember to drink a lot of water. Eight glasses a day will help flush out toxins and wastes clogging in your system. Have a healthy life
